It's always challenging to order a floral arrangement online or via the telephone because you never know if you will get what you are seeing online. Well, our experience was fantastic because we not only received what we were looking for, but more. Jean's Flowers took the extra steps in assuring that someone would be available to accept the delivery of this funeral floral basket by contacting the church the week before to confirm a delivery time. This was greatly appreciated because we had to be out of town for a work conference the week before the funeral.
